  • In the past Millennium Children's Fund
  • highlighted individuals and corporations,
  • including elected U.S. State or Federal
  • politicians, foreign governments. This
  • policy has now been changed effective
  • immediately 03-01-2002, no individual
  • may ever be offended by supporters that
  • hold different beliefs. All MCF supporters
  • have a common bond that is to protect the
  • sanctity and life of a child.
  • MCF will always remain very thankful for
  • our sincere hearted supporters. MCF will
  • not discriminate no matter how great or
  • small the help. Simply stated you know in
  • your heart how you have helped us change
  • the lives of all children.
  • Millennium Children's Fund, Inc. (MCF)
  • is a Non Partisan, Non Political, and
  • Non Religious, Non Profit organization.
  • The Internal Revenue Service has determined
  • MCF as a Public Benefit Charity for all
  • U.S. and International children. MCF
  • does not discriminate based on a child's
  • color, creed, and/or religious beliefs.
  • MCF does not directly and/or indirectly
  • lobby or influence legislation with U.S.
  • States and/or Federal elected officials.
  • This includes all agencies of U.S. States
  • and/or Federal Government.
  • These guidelines are mandated under the
  • organizing rules of the Internal Revenue
  • Service 501(c)(3) determination for
  • Millennium Children's Fund. MCF informs
  • elected/non elected persons, and/or
  • applicable agencies about U.S. and
  • International child advocacy and
  • humanitarian programs.
