MCF does not sell information regarding our Supporters. All your information will be strictly protected.

The Millennium Children's Fund Donation Guarantee
We guarantee that every transaction you make via our secure server here at Millennium Children's Fund will be safe.This means that you'll pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of using your card here. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Millennium Children's Fund will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Millennium Children's Fund will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from donations made to Millennium Children's Fund while using our secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures. We will work with your card provider to cover your liability and prosecute the person or persons who fraudulently used your card.

Donations can only be solicited from residents of the United States and Canada. Millennium Children's Fund is organized under the laws of the State of California, United States. Applicable laws only permit MCF World to solicit contributions within the United States where it is registered as a charity. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
